7 Stone Post Cidery
We make traditional hard cider from old varieties of apples such as Russet, Spy, Yellow Bellflower, etc. and pears such as Bosc and Yellow Huffcap. The fruit comes from orchards that are neither sprayed nor fertilized with chemicals. Our cider is made in small batches from 10 L to 200 L. In our ciders, we use single varieties or blends of fruits including sour cherries, chokecherries, blackberries, etc.
Alcohol percentage is usually 6% – 11% and our cider is NOT carbonated. Our most popular cider is the pink rhubarb at 11%. Coming soon will be Japanese Knotweed cider at 11.4%.
