The meeting was held at the United Church in Harbourville, N.S. on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 1 pm.
There was a formal business portion and an informal, fun ‘blue sky’ portion.
The formal business of the meeting included the approval of the minutes of the previous AGM (February 8, 2020), the nomination of Directors, reports from the various committees of the society, including a report on current finances.
Only members of the society were eligible to vote at the meeting.
There are presently 65 members, including:
Farmer Market vendors, Artisan Market vendors (including Gallery and Gift Shop vendors), dedicated volunteers, and members of the Board of Directors.
Following the business meeting, the Board facilitated a fun ‘blue sky’ session for members to discuss and volunteer to implement ideas on how our United Tapestry home can be more fully used.
Many creative ideas were offered to nurture and celebrate our North Mountain Community.
