The Secretary Shall:\n\n\na. have responsibility for the preparation and custody of all books and records\n\n\nincluding:\n\n\nb. the publicity\, such as newspaper articles\, newsletters and event flyers.\n\n\nc. who is responsible for recording minutes of all board and members meetings\n\n\nd. updated register of members\, and email subscribers\n\n\nProposed Changes to Article 39:\n\n\nOne of the officers shall be the Secretary. The Secretary Shall:\n\n\na. be the person who is responsible for recording the minutes of all board\, annual\n\n\ngeneral and members meetings\, and keeping these records and documents.\n\n\nb. updated register of members\, and Tapestry’s email subscriber lists on Mailchimp.\n\n\nc. coordinate the volunteer(s) supporting the Society’s publicity\, such as newspaper\n\n\narticles\, newsletters and event flyers and be the liaison to the Directors of the\n\n\nSociety.\n\n
