DESCRIPTION:BOARD MEMBERS  AND DEDUCATED VOLUNTEERS WILL LOOK BACK ON 2023 \nPLEASE JOIN US TO TALK ABOUT THE COMING YEAR FOR THE  FARMERS’ MARKET\, EVENTS\, CONCERTS AND MUCH MORE! \nSHARE IDEAS YOUR IDEAS! \n\nNotification of Special Resolution to North Mountain United Tapestry Cultural & Heritage Society By-Laws\n\n\nDuring the Annual General Meeting on March 3\, 2024 Tapestry’s Membership will vote on the following proposed changes to Article 6 of the Society’s By-Laws:\n\n\nCurrent Article 6:\n\n\nAn annual membership in the Society shall consist of:\n\n\n(a) A Board Member\, or\n\n\n(b) a Dedicated Volunteer; whom serves 10hrs volunteering for the society\, or\n\n\n(c) a Farmers Market Vendor attending four or more markets per year\, or\n\n\n(d) a Artisan Co-operative member\, or\n\n\n(e) a Corporate Member whom pays $200.00\, or\n\n\n(f) a Supporting Member who pays an amount as determined annually by the Board\n\n\nof Directors.\n\n\nProposed Changes to Article 6″:\n\n\n(a) A Board Member\, or\n\n\n(b) a Farmers Market Vendor attending four or more markets per year\, or\n\n\n(c) a Artisan Co-operative member\, or\n\n\n(d) a Dedicated volunteer who supports a minimum of one activity a year\, or\n\n\n(e) a Supporting Member who pays an amount as determined annually by the Board\n\n\nof Directors\n		\n		\n			\n				\n			\n				\n				AGM 2023\n				\n			\n				\n			\n				\n				AGM 2023\n				\n			\n				\n			\n				\n				AGM 2023\n				\n			\n				\n			\n				\n				AGM 2023\n				\n			\n				\n			\n				\n				New Board  Directors 2023\n				\n			\n				\n			\n				\n				Outgoing Chair Carolyn Low
