Danny is remembered as a special young man who had a genuine love for animals and worked at our local meat market on his days away from 4H \, sports ( soccer\, swimming) and Black Rock youth group activities. He spent his quiet time reading. His parents\, John and Valerie \, are great supporters of our market. This is an opportunity to share your ideas\, offer feedback\, get involved and help us shape the future of this special place. Blacksmith Carmen Legge will be here with his portable forge as well as apple pressing and cider \nWhile we are” hosting” this event in our sweet little church here on the bluff\, the actual organizer and host is Virve Whiteway  Virve is a dedicated supporter of North Mountain United Tapestry and Market \, visual and fibre artist\,  and an amazing cook. Virve created the beautiful poster for the market . We are so honoured to have her as a strong  thread in the  weaving of our community’s Tapestry

A small market with a big heart! We are offering visitors the opportunity to browse 20 vendors inside and out of our little historic church on the edge of the Bay of Fundy. You can expect quality crafts and foods\, a cafe offering warm drinks and soup and a wonderful warm atmosphere. No entry fee and a wonderful raffle. Carmen Legge will be on site with his forge making hooks (to hang your stockings). You can give it a try too! We will have apple pressing from the press and orchard of Doug Kemp and Pat Kemp and hot apple cider to warm you soul. Harbourville’s old schoolhouse\, (now the Harbourville Restoration Society community centre)\, will be hosting a tea and sale from 11AM to 1PM with homemade sandwiches\, tea\, coffee and a silent auction. The Harbourville Fish Market will be open….it will be a great day to come to the shore. \n  \n
